Section 7(1)(a) in The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Assam Rules, 1991

(a)if the meeting is a committee or sub-committee, Rs. 50 per day on which he attends such meetings; provided that he shall not draw additional compensatory allowance for attending a meeting of the committee if on the same day he attends the meeting of the Board or any other committee;
