(1)The Board shall lay down norms consistent with the overall policy frame work issued by the Central Government in regard to the following, namely:-(i)industrial consultancy;(ii)collaboration with Foreign and Indian Educational and Research Institutions;(iii)acceptance of Donations;(iv)academic Support to other Technical Institutions.
