Section 11(1) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (General) Rules, 2011
(1)An employee of the Bangalore Metro Railway shall not take or use any alcoholic drink, sedative, narcotic or stimulant drug or preparation within eight hours before the commencement of his duty or take or use any such drink, drug or preparation while on duty.
