28. Minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers in Elementary School.
(1)The qualifications for a person to be appointed as a teacher shall be in consonance with the prevalent qualifications laid down by the National Council of Teachers' Education from time to time.(2)The minimum qualifications laid down by the National Council of Teacher Education referred to in sub rule (1) shall be also applicable for every school referred to in clause (n) of section 2.
