11. Right to information (section 4).
(1)The objective is to make the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Scheme more participatory, transparent and accountable through facilities of exercise of people's Right to Information and by encouraging social audit and involving citizens in vigilance and enforcing accountability in every stages of implementation.(2)The Block Programme Officer shall be the Public Information Officer and shall make available the copy of the documents/register for the verification and sale of such documents on price, which shall be fixed by the District Programme Coordinator.Chapter-II Registration
