12. Meeting of Board.
(1)The Board shall meet at such time and place, as it may deem necessary:Provided that regular meeting of the Board shall be held at least once in every three months.(2)Four members of the Board shall form a quorum of which two shall be official members for the meeting of the Board:Provided that if a meeting of the Board is adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary in the next meeting for the transaction of the same business.
