14. Terms and conditions of service of Executive Officer and other officers and servants.—
(1)The Executive Officer of the Committee shall be appointed on such terms and conditions of service as may be determined by the State Government, from time to time.(2)Other officers and servants of the Committee shall be appointed on such terms and conditions of service as may be determined by regulations made by the Committee, with the approval of the State Government.(3)The salary and allowances and other expenses of the Executive Officer and other officers and servants of the Committee shall be paid out of the Management Fund.
