Section 48(1) in Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice, Jodhpur Act, 2012
(1)Every authority of the University may make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes and Ordinances -(a)laying down the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form a quorum;(b)providing for all matters which by this Act and the Statutes or Ordinances are to be provided for by that authority by the Regulations; and(c)providing for any other matter solely concerning such authority and not provided for by this Act and the Statutes or Ordinances.
