15. Youth Festivals.
(1)The Executive Board shall organise the District Level Youth Culture Festival and the State Level Youth Cultural Festival in Collaboration with the District Councils, the Orissa Sangeet Natak Akademi, the Orissa Council of Sports and other organisation.(2)The selection of young artists for participation in the National Youth Festival shall be made on the basis of the Youth Festivals organised as per Sub-rule (A).
