Section 18(2) in Staff Nurse Class III, Competitive Examination Rules, 2013
(2)to be debarred either permanently or for a specified period-(i)by the Examination authority, from appearing in any examination or from any interview for direct selection to be held by it, or (ii) by the State Government, from any employment under it:Provided that-no penalty under clause (1) or (2) shall be imposed except after giving the candidate an opportunity of being heard or representation as he may wish to make in that behalf, or
