97. Bank Account.
(1)An account shall be opened in the State Bank of India, Ahmadabad/gandiiinagar, in the name of the Council and all monies of the Council shall be deposited in the Bank subject to the provision of Rule 98.(2)All payments of the Council shall be made by cheques and shall be jointly singed by the President and the Registrar.
