Section 28 in The Garo Hills Cotton Jute and Ginger Trade Regulation, 1980
28. Fund.
(1)There shall be a fund called "The Growers' Association Fund" into which all moneys shall be deposited and withdrawn therefrom for the purpose of the Regulation.(2)The Association fund shall form of the following-(i)any fund collected or raised under this Regulation;(ii)grant or loan from the District Council or State Government;(iii)loans from the Banks;(iv)voluntary contribution from any other sources.
