5. Application to appear at Examination.
(1)A person who is eligible under the Recruitment Rules of 2012 intends to appear at the examination shall apply in the Form as specified in Appendix III along with such fees as may be determined by the State Government, in the form of crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of the Secretary of the Commission.(2)The Director shall verify the particulars of the application submitted by the applicant in the prescribed Form and certify the eligibility of the candidate in the "Certificate of Eligibility" as specified below the Form in Appendix III.(3)The fees once paid shall not be refunded or held over for the subsequent examination.
