75. Sub-Committees.
(1)A Committee may appoint one or more sub-Committees for examination and report on any matter with which it is concerned or for discharging any of its functions.(2)The composition and term of a sub-Committee shall be such as may be decided by the Committee.(3)The report or action of the sub-Committee shall be deemed to be the report or action of the Committee, if approved by it.
