Section 13 in Bombay Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1960
13. Preparation and submission of annual programme :-
(1)In each year on such date as may be fixed by the State Government every Board shall prepare and forward to the State Government a programme of work.(2)The programme shall contain(a)particulars of the scheme which the Board proposes to execute whether in part or whole during the next year: (b) particulars of any work or undertaking which the Board propose to execute during the next year for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act; (c) such other particulars as may be prescribed.
