Section 2(d) in Research Officer in the Gujarat Statistical Services, Class II (Special Competitive Examination) Rules, 2015
(d)"examination" means the Special Competitive Examination held by the Commission under these rules for the purpose of promotion to the post of Research Officer in the Gujarat Statistical Service, Class II, of persons specified in clause (b) of Rule 3 of the said recruitment Rules of 2012;
