101. Prohibition against new praedial conditions - From and after the commencement of this Act,-
(a)no tenancy shall be created with any praedial condition attached, other than rent-free tenancies with the sole condition of rendering personal service; and(b)no new praedial condition shall be imposed on any tenancy in existence at any time of such commencement.
