Section 7(4)(iii) in Andhra Pradesh Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions of Engineering/Pharmacy Diploma holders into Under Graduate Professional courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006

(iii)The following reservations in admissions shall be applicable to University Colleges and Private Unaided Non-Minority Institutions offering Engineering (including Technology) and Pharmacy in accordance with the consensus arrived at between Private Unaided Non-Minority Institutions and the Government.
