68. Recommencement of adjourned poll.
(1)When a poll which has been adjourned under sub-rule (2) of Rule 67 is recommenced, the voters who have already voted at the poll so adjourned shall not be allowed to vote again.(2)The Returning Officer shall provide the Presiding Officer of the Polling Station at which such adjourned poll is held, with the sealed packets containing the marked copy of the voters list and a new ballot box.(3)The Presiding Officer shall open the sealed packet containing the marked copy of the voters' list in the presence of the candidates or their election agents or polling agents present and use the same for marking the names of the remaining voters to whom the ballot papers are issued at the adjourned poll, without recording therein the serial umber of ballot papers.(4)The provisions of Rules 46 to 66 shall apply in relation to the conduct of an adjourned poll as they apply in relation to the poll before it was so adjourned.
