Section 7(3) in Chhattisgarh Panchayat Samvida Shala Shikshak (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2004
(3)Advertisement of the posts available for appointment of Samvida Shala Shikshaks shall be done in the following manner-(a)by advertisement in at least one newspaper having large circulation in the Panchayat area; and(b)by notification in the local Employment Exchange; and(c)by displaying at the notice board of the concerned Panchayat.
