66. Distribution Losses.
- 66.1 The Distribution Licensee shall recover the approved level of distribution losses arising from the Retail Supply of electricity.66.2The Commission may stipulate a trajectory for distribution losses for the Control Period in accordance with these Regulations, as part of the Multi Year Tariff Order.66.3Any variation between the actual level of distribution losses and the approved level shall be dealt with, as part of the Truing up exercise in accordance with Regulation 14.
