Section 10(4) in Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University Act, 2016
(4)The Pro Vice Chancellor shall:(i)be principal coordinating officer of the University and exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be entrusted by general or special order of the Vice Chancellor;(ii)in absence of the Vice Chancellor , or in the event of his being unable to perform the duties of his office, discharge all the functions and duties of the Vice Chancellor;(iii)preside over ,in absence of the Vice Chancellor, the meetings of the Governing Council, Academic Council, Finance Committee and such other authorities.
