(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Amendment Act, 2021. (Short title and commencement.)(2)(a)Section 3 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of September 2016.(b)Section 4 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd day of March 2017.(c)The remaining sections shall come into force at once. (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 2016.)
