Section 22(1) in The Inland Waterways of India Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion Regulations, 1992
(1)A candidates for recruitment by direct recruitment shall apply before such date in such form and in such manner as may from time to time be prescribed by the Chairman. He shall also submit such proof of his age, qualifications for experience, as the Chairman may require.
