19. Controller of Examinations.
(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole time officer appointed by the Board of Management.(2)He shall be In-charge for conducting the examinations in the University and matters relating thereto and shall perform such other duties, as may be prescribed by the statutes or ordinances or as may be directed by the Vice-Chancellor.(3)The salary and allowances and other conditions of service of the Controller of Examinations shall be such, as may be prescribed.
