Section 11(2) in The Rajasthan Legal Aid Rules, 1984
(2)Legal Aid shall not be granted where a person seeking Legal Aid-(a)is connected or concerned with the proceedings jointly with some other persons whose interests are identical with his and such person or any of such persons is adequately represented in the proceedings;(b)is a formal party to the proceedings or is not materially concerned in the outcome of the proceedings or his interests are not likely to be prejudiced on account of absence of any proper representation; or(c)is an accused in an economic offence or under Prevention of Food Adulteration Act or in a case relating to corruption, untouchability, cruelty towards women or children or is involved in an offence of seeking dowry.
