5. Method of selection for award of scholarships.
(a)Scholarships will be awarded to candidates on the basis of their merit in the All India Entrance Examination conducted by the Board of Governors, Sainik Schools Society.(b)Amount of scholarship will be determined on the basis of total average monthly income of parents/guardians of a student and as indicated in para 1 above. The type of scholarship to be awarded will be tentative till the income of the parents/guardian is finally verified and accepted.
