Section 14(2) in The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh (Constitution and Conduct of Business) Rules, 1963
(2)A voter in giving his vote-(a)shall place on his voting paper the word "one" or "first" in the space opposite the name of the candidate whom he chooses for his first preference; and(b)may place on his voting paper the word "Two" or "second" or the word "Three" or "third" and "Four" or "fourth" and so on, in the space opposite the names of the other candidates in the order of his preference.
