28. Heads of the Departments.
(1)There shall be a Head of the Department for each of the departments in the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.].(2)The powers, functions, appointments and the conditions of service of the Heads of the Departments shall be as prescribed by the regulations.
