Section 3(1) in Jamadar, Class-III, Prohibition and Excise (Competitive Examination) Rules, 2013
(1)A candidate shall not be qualified for admission to the examination unless he/she is,-(a)a citizen of India, or(b)subject of Nepal, or(c)a subject of Bhutan, or(d)a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam, with the intention of permanently settling in India:Provided that candidates belonging to categories (b), (c) and (d) shall furnish a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government.
