Section 34(1) in The Najafgarh Marketing Committee Bye-Laws, 2004
(1)The Chairman, Vice-Chairman, members, Secretary and any other employee of the Committee shall be empowered to demand the production of such proof of his bona fides from any person/persons suspected of operating in the market area including market yard/sub-yards without proper authorisation.
