121. Bill passed with amendments.
(1)If the Bill is passed with amendments, the Bill shall be returned with a message asking the concurrence of the Council in the amendments.(2)The Secretary-General shall certify, on top of the first page of the Bill so returned to the Council, in the following form: -'This Bill has been passed as amended by the House of the People on the.........Dated......20Secretary-General'.
