Section 1(3) in The Bihar and Orissa Places of Pilgrimage Act, 1920
(3)The Provincial Government may by [notification extend] [[The application of this Act is barred in-(i)the district of Angul by the Angul Laws Regulation, 1936 (Regulation V of 1936), Section 3 (2) ;(ii)the district of Khondmals by the Khondmals Laws Regulation, 1936 (Regulation IV of 1936), Section 3 (2).]] all or any of the other provisions of this Act to any local area to or through which people go on pilgrimage.
