Section 19(1) in U.P. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001
(1)The Board of Management shall consist of,-(a)the Vice-Chancellor;(b)the Director, Higher Education, Uttar Pradesh;(c)two persons, nominated by the Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Sansthan;(d)three professors of the University, each from different disciplines, by rotation on the basis of seniority;(e)one professor from each faculty who shall be nominated by the Chancellor;(f)Secretary to the State Government in Viklang Kalyan Department or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the State Government.
