(2)All entries made in the pass book by the bank, and books of accounts of the Committee i.e. cash book, ledger, etc. shall be examined daily by the Assistant Accounts Officer/Junior Accounts Officer/Officer Incharge/Account Assistant. Secretary of the Committee or such other officer as may be authorized by the Chairman and these persons shall be responsible for proper maintenance of accounts and after examination the discrepancy, if any, is discovered, the same shall, at once, be brought to the notice of the bank and the Committee through its Chairman.
