Section 14(a) in Jharkhand State Play Schools (Recognition and Control) Rules, 2017
(a)Any person possessing skill training/adequate training as prescribed by NIPCCD, NSDC or any other institution recognised by the Central Government/State Government/Recognised University/Board.
