Section 61(1) in The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973
(1)Every Primary School Council shall in each financial year -(a)frame and transmit to the Director, by such date and in such form as he may direct, a statement showing for the area within its jurisdiction -(i)the names of primary schools for which grants have been sanctioned for that year; and(ii)the amount of the grant which has been sanctioned for each such school;(b)furnish a report to the Director, by such date and in such form as he may direct, exhibiting the grants which it has distributed to schools within its jurisdiction.
