10. Qualifying standard of marks.
(1)The Commission shall fix the qualifying standard of written test of all candidates:Provided that the Commission may relax the qualifying standard of marks to make up the deficiency in the reserved posts.(2)The candidate who has obtained minimum qualifying standard as may be fixed by the Commission for written test, shall be allowed to appear at the interview.
