Section 21(1) in The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961
(1)The following shall be the constituent colleges of the University:-(a)the College of Agriculture at Ludhiana;(b)the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at Hissar;(c)the College of Agricultural Engineering, the College of Home Science, [the College of Basic Science and Humanities and any other Government College] [Substituted by Punjab Act 12 of 1965, section 8 (1).] in the Agricultural Sciences which may be established after the commencement of this Act;(d)such other college as may be prescribed;(e)Central Government institutions of the agricultural research, technical and extension education in the Punjab desiring it to be integrated as constituent colleges of the University,
