Section 40(10) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(10)In order to safeguard against a candidate's communication to outsiders and other or others, the Superintendent shall provide a trustworthy escort to the candidates who wish to go out of the examination hall. The Superintendent shall ensure that the reason or purpose of candidate's absence from the examination hall is the same for which he has been permitted.
