Section 36(1) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2013
(1)Threshold Plant Load Factor for determining fixed charge component of Tariff shall be:(a)During Stabilisation: 60%(b)During the remaining period of the first year (after stabilization): 70%(c)From 2nd Year onwards: 80%
