Section 65(1) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007
(1)The Presiding Officer shall close the Polling Station at the hour appointed in that behalf under Rule 52 and shall not admit any elector thereto after that hour:Provided that all the electors present within the Polling Station before it is so closed shall be entitled to have their voters recorded.
