Section 5 in The Mizoram Civil Service Rules, 1988

5. Classification of service.

- (i) The service shall have four grades, namely:
(a)Selection Grade.
(b)Junior Administrative Grade.
(c)Senior Grade.
(d)Junior Grade.
(ii)[ The number of posts in the Selection Grade shall not exceed 5 per cent of the authorised permanent strength of the service.] [Substituted by Notification No. A. 11011/1/MCS (G), dated 15.7.1988.]
