Section 105 in The Navy (Pay And Allowances) Regulations, 1966

105. Admissibility and rates.

(1)Submarine allowance at the following rates shall be admissible to officers attached for training to, or for exercises in a submarine:

LieutenantCommander 5/- 150/-
Lieutenant 3.5/- 100/-
Sub-Lieutenant 2.5/- 75/-
(2)The allowance shall not be admissible for the period of absence from the submarine for more than three consecutive days.Explanation. - if the absence from the submarine is not more than 3 consecutive days but is intermittently for more than fourteen days in a month, the allowance shall not he admissible for the period of such actual absence.
