(1)All persons who are required to superwise the handling of hazardous substances shall possess the following qualifications and experience :-(a)(i)A degree in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Technology with 5 years experience; or(ii)A Master's Degree in Chemistry or a Degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology with 2 years experience.(iii)The experience stipulated above shall in process operation and maintenance in the Chemical Industry.
