Section 18(3)(iii) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur

(iii)As and when a nominee of the Apex Co-operative Organisation ceases to be a member of the said Organisation the Chairman of the Executive Committee concerned shall notify the same to the Registrar and shall proceed to elect another nominee in place of the nominee who has ceased to be a member in the manner prescribed above and forward the name of the person so elected to the Registrar.
