(1)The term of office of a member of the Advisory Committee referred to in Rule 5 shall continue until his resignation or untill his removal by Government or until the committee is re-constituted by Government.(2)The Advisory Committee shall ordinarily meet once a year before the beginning of the college session, but may for urgent reasons meet on other occasions on the requisition of the Governing Body.(3)The Advisory Committee shall maintain a record of its proceedings and shall forward a copy of them after each meeting to the Governing Body and to Government.(4)The Advisory Committee may correspond with Government direct. Such correspondence shall be signed either by all the members or, if the committee so resolves, by one of its members, and shall be addressed to the Secretary to Government in the Health Department.
