Section 38(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(1)The Principal of institution shall be required to inform the Secretary latest by 31st August each year of number of candidates that are likely to take the examination of the Board at the next ensuing examination in each class and course.
