Section 49 in West Bengal Electrical Licensing Rules, 2017
49. Release of Contractor or Supervisor or Workman.
- A Contractor or Supervisor or Workman's Permit holder may disengage himself or herself from any company on the fulfillment of the following steps:-(a)he or she shall serve a notice with registered acknowledgement due and the proof thereof shall be submitted to the Board;(b)he or she shall affirm before the 1st class Judicial Magistrate Affidavit declaring such disengagement which is to be published in daily newspaper.
