Section 27(27) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Open Access) Regulations, 2014
27.2In respect of Open Access consumers of load less than 5 MW, reactive energy charges shall be calculated on Power Factor basis as specified by the Commission.
